学术要求：Ideally applicants should have a first or upper second class (2:1) honours degree, or equivalent, in an area of Informatics, such as Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Science or Computer Science.

We define Informatics as the study of how natural and artificial systems store, process and communicate information.
The degree draws on existing academic disciplines - Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Science and Computer Science - but it also covers emerging areas, such as Bioinformatics.
You can take full advantage of the fact that our research spans the entire field of Informatics, including some areas of expertise that are unique to Edinburgh.
