课程内容 Course Content ：
In your first semester you will study core modules designed to introduce you to the discipline of Computing. Some further core modules will then ensure that you develop an appropriate breadth of knowledge, whilst the selection of three optional modules will allow you to explore in depth some areas of interest to you, possibly with a vocational bias. You will complete your course by undertaking a supervised individual project, which you will write up and submit as an 18-20,000 word dissertation.

Recent graduates have gained employment in roles such as systems analysts, business analysts, IT consultants, support engineers and software developers.
MSc Computing graduates are employed by organisations of all sizes locally, nationally and internationally. For example recent graduates have taken up positions with local NHS Trusts, Logica, Sun Microsystems, BT, and the National Library of Medicine in the USA.
