课程特征 Course Features：
The LLM in International Environmental Law builds upon the substantial expertise in environmental legal issues that has existed for many years at Kent, and applies this to increasingly complex and significant global issues.
The degree stimulates a critical awareness of the operation of international environmental law and policy, and features a particular focus on topics that are perceived to be controversial or in a state of evolution.

•At least three of the following modules: International Environmental Law – Legal Foundations; International Environmental Law – Substantive Legal Aspects; International Trade Law and the Environment; Legal Foundations of Environmental Decision-Making; European Community Environmental Law and Policy; Climate Change and Renewable Energy Law.
•Additional modules drawn from a wide range of LLM modules offered by Kent Law School, including those offered as part of the Environmental Law and Policy programme
•Dissertation of 15-20,000 words
教学与评估 Teaching and Assessment：
Assessment is normally by a 4-5,000-word essay for each module, and the dissertation for the award of the Master's
