Economic globalisation is placing demands on scholars, lawyers and regulators that traditional legal education is increasingly unable to meet.
This programme is founded on the belief that the definitions (public and private, domestic and international, political and economic, social and legal) that demarcate the study of law can also cloud analytical judgement and limit the chances for renewal in global economic governance.
The programme runs at the University of Kent, Brussels.

•Two modules drawn from the MA programmes in politics and international relations offered at the University of Kent, Brussels
•Dissertation of 15-20,000 words
教学与评估 Teaching and Assessment：
Assessment is by a 4-5,000-word essay for each module, and the dissertation for the award of the Master's.
