This programme is designed to give students an advanced appreciation of the legal, regulatory and corporate elements in the governance of international commerce.
Students will gain an overall appreciation of regimes and trends, and receive a good grounding in theories of governance and commerce whereby they can gain an advanced appreciation of the legal frameworks and the roles of law in shaping and driving international commerce.

The programme is delivered on a modular basis. Students take a total of 180 units (120 units through taught modules plus a 60 unit dissertation).
