Compulsory modules
International Banking Law: the Regulatory Framework
Provides an insight into the way in which banks operate and lets you gain an understanding of the role of the legal process in the regulation of banks, both on a national and an international basis.
Research methods
Provides you with research skills and methods to assist in the dissertation plan.
International Banking law: Capital Markets and Loans
Develops an understanding of the ways in which the banking sector is involved in providing international syndicated loans and in assisting in the raising of capital on the international bond markets.
Insolvency Law
Looking at the history of insolvency and insolvency in today's world, the meaning of insolvency, consequences that flow from that state and the theory, aims, purposes and principles that underpin the law.
Dissertation
Enables students to develop specialist knowledge and deepen their understanding of a substantive aspect of the field.
