学术要求：Upper second class honours degree in law or social sciences or non-UK equivalent.
英语要求： IELTS : a minimum IELTS(Academic) score of 6.5 with at least 6.5 in reading and writing, and at least 6.0 in listening and speaking.

课程特征 Course Features：
The LL.M in Insolvency Law brings together elements of the LL.M in International Trade Law, LL.Ms in International Trade Law and European and International Business Law. Whilst students on the LL.M in Insolvency Law may take modules in Trade Law, Business Law, Human Rights Law and other areas, the core of the taught provision here concerns public insolvency law, allowing the students to develop a specialised and detailed knowledge of the subject.

• Advanced Insolvency Law
• Research Methods
• International Corporate Rescue
In addition students are required to choose optional modules totalling a further 60 credits. Optional modules may include: International Banking Law (two options); Corporate Law; Competition Law, Employment Law, Copyright & File-Sharing; International Environmental Law; E-Commerce, Human Rights and the Internet and others.
