This course was introduced to cater for industry’s demand for highly skilled graduates in advanced areas of analysis, design and manufacture in the automotive industry. Although traditionally this industry has been associated with high volume vehicle manufacture, the nature of the industry has changed over the last decade and is now dominated by automotive component manufacturers and specialist design and consultancy houses. This course provides the range of skills and knowledge required by these organisations.
It is designed to appeal to graduate engineers wishing to upgrade their Bachelors degree to UK Masters level and so gaining specialist knowledge and skills relevant to the automotive industry and for professional engineers already working in the industry to enable future career enhancement by deepening their knowledge and expertise.
