学术要求:You should have a good first degree or equivalent professional qualification. In addition you would need at least two years' relevant work or managerial experience. If you do not meet the entry criteria for this course, you may want to take a fast track programme taken over two terms leading to the award of a Certificate in Management Studies(CMS). We also consider applicants with significant managerial experience without a formal degree.
Applicants already holding a University Diploma in Management Studies (DMS) may be considered for entry on to the programme at the start of Term 4.

Following the taught elements of the course you will undertake a dissertation as a major project that enables you to specialise in a management area of your interest. This will be supported by workshops on research methods.
教学与评估 Teaching and Assessment:
We use a range of teaching methods with a significant emphasis on group discussion. You are expected to share your experiences. Lectures will provide the formal input to the modules. These will be supplemented by guided reading and case study analyses. We also use workshop, tutorial and seminar activities.
There are a variety of assessment methods, including individual and group reports, essays, learning logs, time constrained assessment activities and the dissertation.
