This programme aims to provide construction professionals with a range of skills suitable to managing construction projects (from design to construction) and managing construction business organisations. As construction professionals pursue their chosen career, managerial skills become increasingly important. This programme is ideally suited to those graduates who have a strong technical background but have not previously been introduced to management topics.
