学术要求：The entry requirement to the programme is normally an upper second class honours degree in Mathematics/Statistics, a Science degree with a strong quantitative component, a subject with a substantial mathematical content, or an equivalent overseas qualification in a mathematical subject.
英语要求：Students whose first language is not English require a minimum score of IELTS 6.5

课程特征 Course Features：
New for entry in 2011, the MSc in Actuarial Science will provide a strong grounding in the mathematics of actuarial science and will address both the current and future needs of the industry. Accredited by the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, the course will offer exemptions to the Professions Core Technical (CT4 - CT6 and CT8) exams and will be suited to those with a good first degree in mathematics or a degree with substantial mathematical content.

Students enrolling for this programme will require knowledge of probability and statistics equivalent to second year undergraduate maths degree level.
