学术要求: The programme is aimed at graduates with a first degree in Business Management, who wish to study for a specialist Masters. Alternatively it will suit those who have been working for a few years after graduating and want to use the qualification to enhance a career or change career direction. You will have a 2:1 degree or equivalent or a 2:2 degree equivalent, supplemented by relevant work experience.

This is a specialised management Masters giving students an opportunity to study a wide range of international business topics. The programme is designed to provide students with knowledge and skills that would be well suited for careers as business consultants and/or strategy analysts in the broad arena of business and management, but especially in the areas of international business and strategic management. It will also be relevant to those wishing to work in business and economic development roles in public sector organisations.
The programme is intended to build on students’ existing knowledge of management and business studies to develop it to an advanced level, with particular reference to the current research agenda and best practice and innovative thinking in international business practice. The MSc in IB&SM is a one-year programme. During the first two terms students study taught modules which give a strong grounding in key areas of theory and practice; then the third term involves an MSc dissertation which is an original and detailed investigation of a specific issue related to International Business and Strategic Management.
