课程特征 Course Features：
This programme will enable course members to understand, critically appraise and apply key theoretical frameworks and concepts relevant to the management of training and development, and learning in organisations.
The programme is accredited by the UK's Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development. There are additional costs for the CIPD programme.
The part-time programmes are modular and the time taken to complete your studies can vary. The figure given on the right is the maximum time it may take to achieve a particular qualification.

The MSc involves completion of the Diploma, followed by Planning and Implementing Research 10 credit course, and completion of a Dissertation of 12,000 words.
