These Communication programmes have been designed to develop a conceptual understanding of the principles and processes of change within an individual, group or organisational context through an active and innovative approach to learning and teaching. There are also options at PG Diploma and MSc levels in Strategic Management or Training and Development.
Full-time postgraduate students complete two short placements. In the first semester, two weeks or 10 days teaching at a College of Further Education and in the second semester, three weeks within a commercial setting developing communication materials and applying their skills in a managerial or supervisory role.
Self-funded study trip to Europe to observe best practices within business and community programmes. Erasmus student exchange with the Agrarapadgogische Akademie in Vienna, Austria.

Postgraduate Diploma students will be permitted to transfer to the MSc and proceed with a research project if they obtain a sufficiently high standard of work throughout the year (50 per cent minimum in each module).
Six modules from the PG Diploma programme, plus a research project.
教学与评估 Teaching and Assessment:
Advanced Diploma, PG Diploma and MSc students will be assessed by assignments, projects, work-related competence profiles and written and oral examinations.
