Creating innovation and challenging accepted standards
Gaining a credible following in the fashion industry is no mean feat, but NTU's MA in Fashion Design has achieved this and more, and today the course is highly respected in the world of fashion on a worldwide platform.
The course enables fashion-design practitioners to apply advanced theory and practice to their chosen specialisms. As a student, you will explore original conceptual design principles and methodologies in response to global fashion needs/ This will enable you to create, develop and manage your portfolio and present a finished product, collection or prototypes which demonstrates research and technical design prowess.
We offer a great variety of MA titles, but best of all we give you the opportunity to work in a truly transdisciplinary environment. NTU gives MA students their own designated space, where you can meet students from different subject areas and obtain information and support from an MA coordinator and administrator. This makes it easy for you to work with your fellow students, learning the skills of collaborative and inter-cultural sensitivity.
