课程特征 Course Features:
Diverse, experiential, individual, challenging
Our MA in Decorative Arts will give you all the confidence and skills you need to overturn conventional approaches to design, craft solutions and product manufacture.
It is a multidisciplinary course, focusing on the practice of contemporary craft processes in mediums such as glass, ceramics, metal and textiles, while encouraging new experiential hybrid approaches. This gives you the opportunity to develop an individual specialism to an advanced level.
The course explores 2D design development and 3D design realisation, encouraging you to challenge conventions in design thinking, craft solutions and product manufacture.
We offer a great variety of MA titles, but best of all we give you the opportunity to work in a truly transdisciplinary environment. NTU gives MA students their own designated space, where you can meet students from different subject areas and obtain information and support from an MA coordinator and administrator. This makes it easy for you to work with your fellow students, learning the skills of collaborative and inter-cultural sensitivity.
