This programme is designed to embrace the ideas of students from a broad range of cultures and design backgrounds. It will encourage you to experiment with highly distinctive and challenging forms and ideas of design communication. Rapid advances in communication and digital technologies have changed the very nature and scope of the design world. Traditional boundaries between different media types, practice, corporate culture and design disciplines have, in many ways, broken down, merged and created new ways of thinking and application. These advances have created exciting new opportunities for designers to embrace interdisciplinary approaches.

Subjects covered on the programme include mass communication, multi-lingual typography, digital media, web-based communications, visual communication and entrepreneurship. Along with study visits, professionals and guest speakers will share their experiences in workshop and seminar settings to complement your lectures and seminars.
