学术要求: Applications will normally be expected to have a degree in law or a degree with a substantial legal component with a first or upper second class honours (or equivalent). Students with a degree in a related discipline such as economics, business or finance are also welcome to apply.
Successful completion of the PG Certificate or PG Diploma may also satisfy the requirements for entry to the LLM.
Students from a business/finance/economics background as well as from other relevant backgrounds are welcome to apply.

This programme aims to provide a structured postgraduate degree which examines the interplay between Law and Economics through exposure both to a multidisciplinary learning environment and potentially to students from other disciplinary backgrounds. Students choose to study one core course fromAdvanced Issues in International Commercial Law, International Corporate Finance and the Law and one core course in Regulation or Microeconomic Policy. In addition they must undertake a Project Skills combined with a range of options and the independent study of a project component.

MSc/LLM Law and Economics and optional modules spanning a broad range of areas. A total of 180 credits must be completed, with taught modules accounting for 140 credits and a project for the remaining 40 credits.
