applicants should have a good first degree (2:1 or equivalent) in a social science subject. Previous tuition in management subjects is desirable but it is not essential to have studied for an undergraduate degree in Management, Business or HRM.

The programme is designed to provide specialist tuition in human resource management subjects and tuition in management more generally. Students therefore learn about the context of human resource management as well as HRM itself. Students should ideally have studied a social sciences or management degree but prior knowledge of HRM is not required.
