This exciting and challenging MSc is an advanced programme in Marketing Management, where the emphasis is on bringing together academic and business excellence. Our programme is for graduates with significant academic or work-based experience of marketing, who seek to enrich and build on their existing knowledge as a base for successful careers in industry or the public services or for further research study (PhD).
The MSc has an emphasis on the integration of theory and practice in marketing management, focusing on the key problems faced by marketing managers whilst pondering the opportunity to develop the sorts of skills knowledge required by employers. We draw on our links with industry, giving you the opportunity to consider 'real' world issues in marketing.

Dissertation- the dissertation is the single largest piece of work on the programme, whereyou have the opportunity to demonstrate the skills learnt in the taught modules and to focus in depth on an area of particular interest. Typically the dissertation will be research-based, although there may be an opportunity to do an organisational project, subject to approval by the Department.
