- What causes campaigns to fail, and how can failure be avoided by better understandings of the target audience characteristics and factors that affect teams working in the advertising industries;
- How cognitive, social, developmental and neuropsychological factors combine to influence the nature and interpretation of advertising communications;
- The practical determinants of putting together a successful advertising strategy, and how best can advertising media be developed within the constraints of a commercial environment;
- How new technologies and media impact on the nature and development of advertising materials and campaigns
