课程特征 Course Features：
The MSc in Translation Studies enhances students' practical skills in translation and provides them with an intellectual perspective on the discipline of translation studies, drawing on the expertise of highly qualified researchers based in several 5* and 5-rated units within the School of Literatures, Languages and Cultures.
It offers a range of languages to work with, and students are advised to contact us in advance to find out about the availability of particular language combinations in any given year.
课程内容 Course Content ：
The program comprises a core course on Translation Studies (first semester), a core course on discipline-specific research problems and methods (second semester), two core courses on practical translation running over two semesters, and a provision of options available within the School of Literatures, Languages and Cultures (SLLC).
All students will attend the two core courses for each semester. Students who are eligible to progress from Diploma to MSc will, in addition, complete a 15,000 word dissertation.
