You will develop a practical understanding of the range of challenges facing organisations in different environments, and at every level.
MSc International Human Resource Management provides a thorough grounding in the field of international business, as well as a specific focus upon the development of HRM into a strategic function and the growth of international HRM in recent years.
You will gain a comparative awareness of the various elements of HRM practice, including training and development; recruitment and selection; performance management and reward.
