An undergraduate degree equivalent to a UK undergraduate honours degree (2.2 or above). All applicants will be required to demonstrate a commitment to the subject they wish to study and should demonstrate how their chosen programme of study will benefit them in their future career.
One academic OR vocational reference is required.

The MSc in Management and HRM (a route of the full-time Masters programme) provides future managers with a grounding in how the key functional areas of Business are integrated in successful organisations. The Human Resource Management (HRM) route is designed for those with an interest in managing people, and builds on the core module in organisational analysis and human resource strategy to develop the understanding and competencies in key aspects necessary for effective HR managers.
We have recently introduced a new framework for our full-time Masters in Management programme, covering some significant and exciting developments that have come about through consultation with our students, staff and alumni. The new framework will facilitate greater engagement with external businesses and organisations, leading to an enhanced student learning experience.

The MSc Management and HRM (Human Resource Management) route is designed to build on the core module Managing People Information and Knowledge and to develop understanding and competence in key aspects of HRM. The modules reflect the cultural diversity of our students and seek to establish frameworks that will enable the development of human resource strategies and processes that are appropriate for particular international business contexts.
The knowledge and expertise acquired through studying this HRM route can be applied in the research module, to provide participants with a credible foundation for a managerial career, whether as a line manager or in specialist HRM.
