A primary degree or equivalent recognised qualification with experience of personnel work or related personnel activities. Due to the vocational nature of the programme, applications may be considered from applicants who are not graduates but who have relevant professional experience. Personnel/management/administration-related experience and/or qualifications, will be taken into consideration in selecting successful applicants. This will be based upon the level(s) that an applicant has operated at, and the duration employed at each level.

•IELTS* score of 6.5, with not less than 5.5 in any component, or
•TOEFL* score of 92 (Internet-based test) with minimum scores of 21 for Listening, 22 for Reading, 23 for Speaking and 21 for Writing

课程特征 Course Features:

This programme is aimed at students who wish to gain the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) qualification alongside a postgraduate degree. Successful completion of Years 1 and 2, including the CIPD Management Research Report, leads directly to Graduate Membership of CIPD. Students have the option of completing at this stage with a PG Diploma in Personnel Management, or continuing on to the dissertation for the MA.

Students enrolled on the programme will be required to register as student members of the CIPD, an additional fee is payable directly to CIPD. This programme is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

教学与评估 Teaching and Assessment:
Coursework assignments and written exam papers. Year 2 students also complete a CIPD Management Research Report of approximately 7,000 words. Year 3 students must complete a 15,000-20,000 word dissertation and attend classes on Research Methods.
