教学与评估 Teaching and Assessment:
Assessment takes a number of different forms including coursework essays, assignments and presentations, and examinations that take place in May or early June. Students must achieve an overall pass in the taught element in order to progress to their dissertation which must also be passed for a degree to be awarded.
Disertation
You will also be assessed on a 10,000 word dissertation. Students can research a range of topics for their dissertations and can include:
•The world economy and developing countries
•The effects of changes in the world economy on a commodity chain(e.g. coffee or clothing from production to retail), a sector (e.g. the automobiles or insurance industries) or a country
•Causes and consequences of the current 'global slump'
